Post occupancy evaluation
Grosvenor have commissioned ZZA to undertake many POEs across their diverse estate. Covering adapted heritage and new buildings, the studies informed client strategies on occupier and user preferences, the practicalities of building management, and development opportunities arising from cultural evolution, including informal use, and the serviced office market. We evaluated 40 Grosvenor Place twice – first with Enron as sole occupier, and then in multi-tenancy, with the first study informing the marketing for the next cycle of the building’s life. Our work for Grosvenor has also included design review of new build proposals. ZZA’s evaluation of Grosvenor’s own HQ was a milestone in demonstrating progress in effective interior lighting.
