Post occupancy evaluation

Grimshaw Architects have designed a group of new buildings on University of Southampton’s Boldrewood campus. One is the Global Technology Centre, to which Lloyds Register relocated their marine business from Fenchurch Street in the City of London. The architects commissioned ZZA to undertake an independent [POE] Post Occupancy Evaluation of the building in use. Our study evidenced the building’s positive impact on building users. This is referenced in The Physical Workplace and Work-Life Balance as an important example of building productivity.
