Large masterplanning, campus and building projects pose an inherent challenge of stakeholder engagement: whom to engage with and which interests to represent in effective dialogue?

ZZA’s foundation in Social Anthropology and deep experience in research equip us to formulate effective strategies. We use our repertoire of approaches and methods – including interviews, workshops, forums and virtual media, to enlist inputs from relevant constituencies. ZZA is recognised for our skills in sampling, framing questions, attentive listening, thorough analysis and valid distillation, generating outcomes that participants consider credible and that ‘stick’.
