BT asked ZZA to evaluate one of their flagship Workstyle projects from the users’ perspective. Responding to BT’s culture of inclusivity and the project’s strong technology platform, ZZA designed a pioneering version of online consultation. BT also commissioned us to undertake a methodological comparison with face-to-face research. The results were instructive in highlighting the relative merits of the two approaches, and in perfecting the online method.
BT then commissioned ZZA to study a suite of buildings to provide benchmark data on their relative success in satisfying users, and provide evidence on the relative benefits of new build versus refurbished space.
