Intelligent and green development in Asia
ZZA’s perspective on sustainable development is global and dynamic, reflecting our ongoing activity in Asia. This includes academic and professional involvement in Hong Kong, and active participation in the highly progressive international expert forum on Green and Intelligent Buildings, each year since its inception in 2005, at the invitation of the Chinese Government.
With the intensive scale and rate of urbanisation in China, there are real opportunities to engage with fast moving approaches to sustainable development, contributing to and learning from good practice. ZZA’s contributions cover all spatial scales – from masterplanning to thoughtful attention to individual buildings.
