PwC are industry leaders in workplace strategy, predicated on smart use of resources. Planning for change in their London portfolio, PwC enlisted ZZA in developing an integrated platform for the firm’s Future Working Environment – a holistic framework embracing property, technology, staff and culture.

ZZA engaged in structured dialogue to forge a shared workplace vision, initially with senior partners leading PwC’s lines of service, then cascading through other levels of the business and internal services – notably HR. ZZA’s research with PwC’s younger staff was an important focus, providing a forward-looking steer on workplace change.
