Post Occupancy Evaluation

The Devon and Cornwall Police Authority had procured a bespoke new strategic hub, incorporating numerous features of passive design. ZZA were commissioned to undertake an independent POE of the building in use. This evidenced the building’s effective performance for staff working in the building, and provided valuable learning on the low energy aspects of its design. The results offer substantial constructive learning that shared through publication in, and presentation to, the police property community.
